The Spike Customer Care team was excellent in helping me with my most recent order, which was a failed credit card order converted to COD that took 7 days plus to arrive (fault is with USPS alone)... but I inquired about future orders and learned that the credit card ordering system was fully operational. Thanks for pointing me towards your newsletter, by the way, I signed up with this most recent order and just wanted to confirm that payment was received and matched to my latest order .... motivated by the excellent new product lines (thanks for the samples!) and the top-notch customer care team's personal involvement to assist me in converting the order to COD and follow-through until delivery.... I remain extremely impressed and you have always been generous in making up for problematic orders. I just wanted to compliment you guys because if it weren't for your assistance and dedication to your customers I would likely given up on the hobby. The products alone are not what makes Spike99 special to me and keeps me coming back and I always enjoy sharing my collections with friends, who are always impressed at the originality of my items. Okay... so basically thanks for what you do... can you check on this latest one for me? Perhaps it will ship out on Friday if the new credit system is running smooth. My confirmation email is below, along with the email regarding my previous order informing me that the option is available again and demonstrated excellent customer service.

   I couldn't find a place to write something good about you guys, so I'll do it here.  I am truly grateful to you for being so good and honest.  You deliver when you say you will and I am always thrilled to get my package and see a free sample.  The reason I am saying all this is because I wanted to try something different that you guys don't offer.  So, I tried a different site.  I got pretty much screwed.  They took my money($128) out immediately but I didn't hear from them for over a week.  When I finally did hear from them, they had never even placed the order.  So, another week later I was sent 4 packages of sextacy, which i definitely did not order.  I ordered something called White Rush and Crazy Train.  ( never got either).  To tops all things off  The packages said 500mg but I could tell it wasn't.  Upon inspection by me, they had placed a 500mg sticker over the 200mg.  Now, that to me is very bad customer service.  So, I had to tell my sorbid tale and let you guys know how great you truly are!!  And how much I appreciate you!!

I recently ordered the 3 blends spike99 ultra blue, radioactive, and extreme smoke. I could not be happier with my order. Buy one get one free was amazing on its own, but there was even a sample! I know it says all over the site that you are doing that right now, but some online companies don't back up their word. Beyond that, shipping/processing was very fast, and it came in very discreet packaging. But most of all of all, your product is the best. I was not expecting that kind of strength at all! There are so many similar products, but yours simply takes the cake. All of these things together made my entire experience as a customer amazing. I plan on coming here for all my herbal incense needs from now on.
